High-quality products tailored for wholesalers and distributors worldwide.
China Loong Wheels Co., Ltd. applies a structured quality control process to support consistent products and dependable international orders. Our quality practices cover tires for passenger cars, SUVs, trucks, buses, trailers, agricultural and forestry equipment, off-the-road applications, motorcycles, scooters, bicycles, powersports vehicles, and small-wheel equipment, as well as tire accessories, nylon and stainless steel cable ties, and wiring accessories.
Inspection requirements are defined according to product specifications, intended applications, customer requirements, and industry-aligned practices. From incoming materials to final shipment, inspection records and production information are maintained as appropriate to support traceability and effective follow-up.
Materials, components, and packaging supplies are checked before they are released for production or order fulfillment. The inspection scope is adjusted to the product type and may include visual condition, dimensions, material identification, specification conformity, and supplier documentation.
Quality checks are performed at appropriate production stages to identify variation before products reach final inspection. Operators and quality personnel follow documented work instructions, product specifications, approved samples, or internal inspection standards, as applicable.
Finished products are inspected against the confirmed order and applicable specifications. Inspection methods vary by category because performance requirements for highway tires, agricultural and OTR tires, two-wheel tires, cable ties, and wiring accessories are different.
Products that do not conform to the applicable acceptance criteria are identified and controlled. Release decisions are based on inspection results, customer specifications, and the requirements of the individual order.
Before shipment, China Loong Wheels Co., Ltd. verifies that products, quantities, markings, and packaging correspond to the confirmed order. Packaging methods are selected according to product characteristics, transportation conditions, customer instructions, and destination requirements.
Customer feedback is documented and reviewed by the relevant teams. When a quality concern is reported, available order information, samples, photographs, inspection records, and production details are evaluated to help determine the cause. Corrective or preventive measures may include process adjustments, additional inspections, supplier follow-up, updated work instructions, or personnel training.
Inspection findings and recurring issues are used to improve internal controls and communication throughout the supply process. Our objective is to provide international buyers with clear specifications, consistent quality management, responsive issue handling, and products prepared in accordance with confirmed order requirements.
